I’ve been there
I used to shop to feel loved. Buying something beautiful, whether I could afford it or not, made me feel nurtured.
As my debt grew, so did my shame.
I tried to heal my relationship to money with practical tips, but nothing was sustainable.

When I learned my money archetype, I had an experience of profound self-forgiveness.
The next time I felt like purchasing something beyond my means, I heard the words “I’m enough” arise from deep within myself, and my desire to spend beyond my means dissolved into feelings of self-love and nurturance.
