My Personal Journey
I’ve been traveling the road home to my true self for most of my life. As far back as I can remember, I knew the core of every human being is love, and that, one way or another, we can all find our way to freedom. Like many intuitive, deep, sensitive women, I felt different. The trauma I experienced from the time I was born drove me, from a young age, to seek understanding of myself and others. Immediately after graduating from college, I spent 12 years living in a spiritual community, an ashram — 14 months of that time in India. When I left the community in 1991, I began my descent into the human and psychological dimensions of myself, which had been on the back burner all the years I was steeped in spiritual practice.
After years of therapy and healing work, about 12 years ago I experienced a shocking personal loss. Everything between me and my true self was ripped away. In the heart of the storm, I discovered an aliveness that transformed the worst of times into the gift of my lifetime. Inspired to channel the new life moving through me into my soul’s work, I launched my coaching business.

I’m part business mentor, part shadow detective, part spiritual guide, and part soul-purpose midwife. Transformation has been the heartbeat of my life since adolescence. While I hold certifications in multiple coaching and healing modalities, it’s the meaning and learning I’ve mined from my own hardships that infuses my work with a depth and wisdom that cannot be learned from a book or course.
Although I’ve experienced many types of success in my life, my greatest accomplishment is the courageous work I’ve done — and continue to do — to reclaim the lost parts of myself, so I can live a truly discovered life and help others do the same.
