I empower deep, intuitive, creative women entrepreneurs and women in transition to reclaim their self-trust so they can create change they didn’t think possible in their businesses, their relationships, and themselves. I’m part business mentor, part shadow detective, part spiritual guide, and part soul-purpose midwife. With a unique blend of trauma release, money empowerment, practices to deepen embodiment and self-ownership, and practical business development, I’ll help you create a business and life, that is a path to self-actualization. Transformation has been the heartbeat of my life. While I hold certifications in multiple coaching modalities, it’s the learning and meaning I’ve mined from my greatest challenges that have given me the wisdom that makes our work so deep and holistic. For five years, before launching my coaching business I trained top US federal government leaders and delegates from abroad to grow and evolve through nonstop challenge and change. As a transformational coach for the last decade, I’ve supported women entrepreneurs across eleven countries and three continents to create sustainable businesses and meaningful lives by sharing the truth of who they are. I coach and I speak internationally.
My Personal Journey
I’ve been traveling the road home to my true self for most of my life. As far back as I can remember, I knew the core of every human being is love and that, one way or another, we can all find our way to freedom. Like many intuitive, deep, sensitive women, I felt different. The trauma I experienced from the time I was born drove me from a young age, to seek understanding of myself and others. Immediately after graduating from college, I spent 12 years living in a spiritual community, (14 months of that time in India). When I left the community in 1991, I began my descent into the human and psychological dimensions of myself, which had been on the back burner all the years I was steeped in spiritual practice.
After years of therapy and healing work, about 12 years ago I experienced a shocking personal loss. Everything that was still between me and my true self was ripped away. In the heart of the storm, I discovered an aliveness that transformed the worst of times into the gift of my lifetime. Inspired to channel the new life moving through me into my soul’s work, I launched my coaching business.

Our Journey
Lasting success requires a special combination of releasing your saboteurs, reclaiming your right to live as the authority in your own life, and commitment to and taking practical actions aligned with your desires. Unhealed self-abandonment patterns and trauma can hold us back from the abundant life that is our birthright. However, once we release the feelings and beliefs that have been blocking our money flow, intimacy, success and well-being, the magical synchronicities that are available to everyone can begin to happen quickly for us, in both expected and unexpected ways.
It’s my belief that for deep, intuitive women, business development is a path to self-actualization. Self-actualization is meant, both as in the coming into spiritual maturity and as in embracing your full humanity. In other words, the learning and growth that takes place when you bring your depth, intuition, creativity, and sensitivity into your business, will make you whole.
